No-gi jiu-jitsu and submission grappling for adults and kids, taught by a 3rd degree black belt who's been exactly where you are — nervous, out of shape, and unsure if this is for you. It was, and it is.
Most people who walk through our doors weren't looking for a "gym." They were carrying something heavier than that.
You watched a video once, maybe saw a friend train, and thought "I could never." You're not built for it, or so you've told yourself.
Walking into a room full of people who already know what they're doing is intimidating. You don't want to be the one who doesn't belong.
Somewhere between work, kids, and everything else, you stopped moving like you mean it. You want that back.

Conor Heun started wrestling at age five, and still spent his senior year of high school getting bullied at 112 pounds. Watching the first UFC event changed something in him — he realized strength wasn't about size, it was about skill. That belief took him through years of training under Eddie Bravo in jiu-jitsu, Chris Riley in Muay Thai, and Frankie Liles in boxing, and into a 9–5 professional MMA career.
Today, as a 3rd Degree Eddie Bravo Black Belt, Conor's mission isn't building fighters — it's building people who no longer feel afraid in their own body. That's what 10th Planet Longmont exists to do.
No pressure, no contracts to sign on day one. Just a clear, simple path to walking on the mat for the first time.
